Available Cake Icings

The Gourmet Cake Factory Cake Icing

The following gourmet cake icings are available with any cake offered by TGCF. At our Las Vegas bakery, we have many cakes to choose from such as birthday cakes, wedding cakes, desserts and gourmet pastries.

These cake icings are available with all TGCF Cakes:

• Butter Cream: Made from scratch is our own Las Vegas bakery with real unsalted butter icing is sweeter than Whip Cream icing
• Whipped Cream: Non-dairy product light icing and not so sweet
• Ganache: Can be melted to an icing and poured over an already Butter creamed iced cake; it has a rich chocolate taste
• Rolled Fondant: Sugar paste which can be colored and rolled over a Cake previously iced with butter cream. It has very Smooth look to it
